Do not go where the path may lead, go instead
where there is no path and leave a trail.

What were your favorite places in Culver City: Rollerdrome, Jefferson Bowl, Woody's Smorgasborg, Sizzler, Bob Big Boy, Tito's, McDonald's, and any beach.

Interests: Singing, Rollerskating, Fishing, Bodyboarding, and Alpine Skiing.

Additional Comments: The children/grandchildren info is misleading, as I never had kids of my own. The 3 kids are my wife's, as well as the 4 grandkids. However, the 4 grandkids consider me as their main granddad because of the scarce contact with their 2 remaining biological granddads.

Singing is my main activity now. I sang in church choirs all my life, sang with the Rose City Timberliners Men's Barbershop Chorus for 1-1/2 years, took several years of private voice lessons, started my own men's a cappella quartet (Sept 2011), and we're starting to perform this year (2014).

Fishing is next. I love fishing for trout in the local rivers. I also love deep sea fishing, and have gone out on several charters out of Newport, OR.

Bodyboarding is next. Yes, there is surfing in Oregon. You do have to be dressed up in a wetsuit, hood, gloves and booties, but it's so much fun. My favorite surf spot is Indian Beach, in Ecola State Park, just outside of Cannon Beach, OR.

Alpine skiing is next. My favorites spots are Mt Hood Ski Bowl, Timberline Lodge, and Mt Hood Meadows.

I still love rollerskating, but my knees limit how much I can do nowdays. I did compete in backwards roller-rexing (1972-1992), and won several dust collectors, doorstops, and paperweights...I mean trophies.

I'd love to hear from any classmate, even if we didn't know each other in school. I wasn't popular in school because I was a scrawny little kid, but the Lord significantly changed my physical appearance about 6 years after CCHS. Nobody could recognize me at the 20th reunion.
